The facility is a purpose built community building at numbers 30, 32, 34 and 36 Lindley Road , Leyton E10. Built on 2 storeys the properties comprise two main halls set on either side of a Victorian terraced house with a small central concreted yard.

Number 30 to 36 is a double fronted purpose built Victorian community centre on two storeys and links with number 30 to the rear. The ground floor includes a large hall with parquet flooring, a stage, two classrooms, and toilets. The first floor comprise three classrooms, a small kitchenette and two toilets.
